When you create an account on HDM Panel we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone/address if you add them to your profile. When you place an order we store the service ordered, target link, quantity, and order status. When you add funds we store the amount and payment reference you submit — we do not collect or store card, UPI PIN, or bank login details; payments are made directly via your own UPI/payment app.
To operate your account and wallet, process orders with our service providers, send order/payment/security emails (OTP, password reset, order updates), respond to support chat messages, and prevent fraud/abuse.
We share the minimum data needed (e.g. target link/quantity) with upstream SMM service providers to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Account and order data is retained as long as your account is active. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. You can request account/data deletion any time via WhatsApp/Telegram/email below.
You can edit or delete your profile info from your Dashboard, or contact us to permanently delete your account and associated data.
